The AmLaw Second Hundred of the country's highest-grossing law firms had a good 2002 overall. Gains in gross revenue and profits per partner are due mainly to focus and geography. Gross revenue at the Second Hundred was up an average of 5.4 percent, compared to 8.5 percent for The Am Law 100.
